The Structural Building Survey is a detailed, technical report on the structural integrity of a building. It is ideally suitable for properties in poor condition where there are known defects and clarification is required as to the severity of the defects.

The Structural Building Survey is designed to provide details as to why defects have occured and how they should be repaired. This type of survey report is not designed to give full details in respect of more cosmetic/minor defects.
